Troubleshooting

No power

 Mak e sur e power button ( or s witch) is ON .



Make sure A/ C po w er cord i s secur ely conn ected to the DC power suppl y

and the power supply is firmly connected to the Display.



Plug another electrical de vice (lik e a radio) into the power o utlet to verify

that the outlet is supp lying proper voltage.

Power is ON but no screen image



Make sur e the video cable supplied with the Display is tightly secured to

the video output por t on the bac k of the co mputer . If the other end of the

video cab le is not a ttac he d per ma nent l y to th e Disp la y, t ightly s ec ure it to

the NexTVision dis play.



Adjust br ightness and contr ast.

 I f y ou are using an Macintos h older t han G3, you need a Macintos h

adapter.

Wrong or abnormal colors



If any colors (red, green, or blue) ar e miss ing, chec k the v ideo cable to

make sur e it is sec urely connected. Loos e or brok en pins in the cable

connec tor cou ld caus e an improper connec tion.



Connect the Display to another computer .

Control buttons do not work



Press only one button at a time.

VXP problems



The VXP adapter must be plugged in when the display is turned on. It is

not “hot -pluggable”.
